2. MACRO has staff that know the industry. This also relates to the clarity of CV issue. Many agencies (and I mean many) seem to hire recruitment staff that have no idea of what to look for in a CV, other than looking for key that are served up to them by a computer. This means that these agencies also lack the recruitment staff to guide/advise potential candidates. Most of the recruitment agency staff fall well short in being able to sum-up a persons actual attributes and I have found it necessary to correct the Agency's summary of my technical and managerial abilities as they seem to read one specific word on the CV that appeals to them and you are tagged with that for life.
