The Pancake Parlour Restaurant Group have recently celebrated their 40 th Birthday.
The Pancake Parlour adventure began in 1965 with a restaurant in Adelaide and now, 40 years on, our successful Australian family owned business has become a Melbourne Institution.
We pride ourselves on our ashamedly old fashioned restaurant themes and our whimsical colonial atmosphere. We believe that dining should be fun and so should our work environment. Happy staff play a big part in creating a fun dining experience.
Our menu provides the choice of a wide range of savoury dishes such as scotch fillet steak, crumbed fish fillet, savoury crepes and a wonderful selection of salads, as well as what we are most famous for; pancakes! LOVELY! It may surprise you to know that we prepare many of our dishes using the goodness of organic products and ingredients that have not been genetically modified.
The Pancake Parlour offers fantastic career path opportunities in all aspects of the restaurants operations. A comprehensive training program will be provided to each applicant who is successful in obtaining one of our advertised career path positions.
How about a becoming a cook? As well as our comprehensive in house training, we also offer the opportunity to undertake a nationally recognised and accredited Commercial Cookery traineeship FREE to eligible staff.
We also offer employment opportunities for those who simply wish to supplement their income while they study.
