Recognition

One Step Beyond Awards
LeasePlan employees are recognised by their peers, managers and external customers for effort ‘beyond the call of duty'. These efforts are rewarded with a ‘One Step Beyond' award voucher to the value of $150.

Exceptional team efforts are recognised every three months with team members feasting on a fully catered lunch served by LeasePlan's Directors and receiving a small gift in appreciation for their hard work.

Service Milestones
LeasePlan celebrates and rewards loyalty by presenting gifts for employment service milestones - the first at three months, then again after one, three, five, ten, fifteen, twenty and twenty-five years of service. Employees receive a range of rewards for service including gifts, monetary bonuses and increased annual leave entitlements.

Professional Development

Certificate III Business Administration
All LeasePlan employees are enrolled to undertake ‘Certificate III in Business Administration'. We have tailored this course to teach people about LeasePlan's products, processes and systems, whilst qualifying them for the nationally recognised certificate.

Job Exchange Program
LeasePlan offers people the opportunity to swap roles for six months with another employee in a different area of the business. Benefits include greater role variety, new skills, different people and alternate career path possibilities.

Bi-annual Performance Discussions
Every LeasePlan employee meets with their direct manager twice a year to discuss their work progress, agree to objectives and to establish goals for the future.

Mentoring Program
LeasePlan offers a nine-month mentoring program every year. Selected participants develop their professional and technical experience, gain higher job and personal satisfaction and a greater awareness of career possibilities.

Orientation Program
LeasePlan conducts regular Orientation Programs for new employees. The two and a half day experience gives everyone an understanding of our unique business, as well as the opportunity to make new friends with people in other areas of the business.
