This is a great way to reduce your income tax and increase your take-home pay.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is an initiative of Freemasons Hospital to provide staff and their families with 24-hour, free, confidential counselling and support services for workplace and personal issues. Issues may include: problem solving, coping with stress, dealing with a crisis, relationship or family problems, grief and bereavement or addictions.

Annual Awards Night

This is an opportunity to formally recognise and acknowledge staff, physicians and volunteers for their significant contributions to Freemasons Hospital. Awards are presented in a number of categories, including length of service, outstanding achievement in patient care and customer service, academic accomplishments and scholarship rewards.

Thornton Scholarship/Freemasons Hospital Association Scholarship

Freemasons Hospital knows the value of continuing education and believes that ongoing skills development is the key to a talented, competent and positive workforce. To support ongoing learning, Freemasons offers two scholarships to assist staff with the costs of furthering their education. The Thornton Scholarship was established to support clinical staff to keep up-to-date in their ever-changing fields. The Freemasons Hospital Association Scholarship was founded to help the hospital's non-clinical support staff improve their skills and aid in the delivery of high quality patient care.
